QUICK PANEER LABABDAR

Until a few months ago, I had no idea that paneer is actually a fantastic protein source. Once I realised that, I started including it more in my diet, because the more protein you include in your diet, the easier it is to burn fat and lose weight.
100 grams of paneer contains 296 calories and 20 grams protein.
I try to restrict it to about 75 grams per serving, because it does have about an equal amount of fat as protein. But the funny thing is that my LDL cholesterol levels used to be really high BEFORE I started including paneer regularly in my diet, but now that’s no longer the case.
Lessons Learnt?
- Moderation of quantity is the KEY in any diet.
- Eat more paneer because it’s YUM. 😜

1 small onion, chopped
3-4 green chilli, chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato, puréed
1 tsp chilli powder
