PEANUT BUTTER & BERRY CHIA PUDDING

The best part is that it requires absolutely minimal effort. 😃 Try it out!
Recipe
1. Add two tablespoon chia seeds into a glass or bowl.
2. Pour over half a cup of almond milk and mix well.
3. Add in a few drops of vanilla essence or a teaspoon of sugar free vanilla syrup.
4. Cover and leave for at least an hour in a cool place.
5. Top with your favourite fruits - berries, apple, banana and a teaspoon or two of peanut butter.
6. Sprinkle a teaspoon of assorted seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, flax and sesame - and serve immediately.
