HIGH PROTEIN Sprouts and Paneer Dosa

This is gluten free, low carb, and a great option for any meal of the day!
Also? SUPER EASY.

Recipe
1. Blend together 1 cup of Green Moong Sprouts with 1/2 inch ginger and 2-3 green chillies, with some cold water into a the consistency of Dosa batter.
2. Add 1 tbsp of rice flour, salt to taste and mix well.
3. Speak one ladle of the batter onto a non-stick pan.
4. Sprinkle chopped onions, chilli, fresh grated paneer (can replace with tofu), some peanut chutney powder and some ghee.

5. Cover and cook for a minute, then fold the Dosa and cook for another half minute, flip over and cook again for half a minute.
6. Serve it hot, just as it is, or with your favourite Chutney!
